KVZ Music Ltd. signed a contract for co-operation with the Bulgarian Mobile and Audio content provider Toxity Records. Thus KVZ will enable its Artists and Labels to distribute their catalogs for legal and paid Ringtones and MP3s into regions such as Bulgaria, Macedonia and Croatia.

Our IT Staff is working hard on the development of a software tool, that will enable our clients to view online their monthly and quarterly sales statistics. We expect the new software to be available at the End of March 2010 - Beginning of April 2010. The new software tool will display to all Labels their trend reports and Sales Statistics and will be accessible via private Label Log In provided by KVZ Music Ltd. for each Label.

Please be aware that the Sales Statistics will not substitute the KVZ`s Official Sales reports, which will be further on the only official basis for payments to all Labels /Artists. The Official Sales Reports will be provided by KVZ as agreed and contracted with all Labels/Artists.

Standard option) No Upfront Fees for Processing or Annual Storage Fees - for catalog under 250 CDs, KVZ shares 40% of the digital revenue




Extended option) No Upfront Fees for Processing or Annual Storage Fees – for catalogs over 250 CDs, KVZ shares 30% of the digital revenue





Premium option) 45 US$ for Processing of digital delivery, no Annual Storage Fees – KVZ shares only 20% of the digital revenue.




We believe that Standard and Extended options are really great for Labels and Producers with large CD catalogs, so we recommend such Labels and Producers to pick up Standard option or B.







Nevertheless, if you feel sure that you are holding in your hands the next big hit, feel free to choose Premium option.



Labels and Artists may change later the Status of their Distribution from Standard option and Extended option to Premium option. But this will be possible only after Label /Artist pays KVZ the 45 US $ Fees for Digital Processing per a CD release.
